ZACHARY (ZACH) SCOTT HOFFMAN (1989-)
Hoffman was born in SC and moved to Wesley Chapel NC. He graduated in 2007 from Weddington HS and from Appalachian State with a building science degree in 2011. From 2012 to 2015 he was a project designer and intern for Cannon Architects. He earned an MA in architecture from NCSU in 2014. He is an adjunct professor at NCSU's College of Design. He joined Raleigh's in situ studio in 2015 and became a principal in the firm.

2022 - The Chris and Cindy Royal House, 161 Tradescant Drive, Chapel Hill NC. Designed with Matt Griffith; built by Aiello Builders.
2022 - The Banarjee House, aka House on a Trestle on a Mountain, aka House on a Hill, 15 French Broad Parkway, Marshall NC. Model by Megan Smithey. Designed with Matt Griffith; unbuilt as of 2023.
2023 - The Oren and Julie Petranker House, aka House AD, 9 Gallant Fox Crossing, Chapel Hill NC. Designed with Matt Griffith. On hold as of 2023.
2023 - The Jonathan Bowling and Claire Morgan House, aka MoBo, 1113 Allison Road, Greenville NC. Designed with Jasmeen Kaur and Matt Griffith. Unbuilt.
2024 - The Eilert/Hiller House, aka Ein Haus Renovation, 2429 Glascock, Raleigh NC. Took everything down to the foundation, then built new.
2024 - The Jonathan and Stephen Lambert-Melton House, aka Melbert, 216 Selwyn Alley, Raleigh NC. Built by Greg Paul. Cabinetry by Dopko.
2025 - The Scott LaVarge House, aka SLV, 17 East Drive, Chapel Hill NC. Designed with Jasmeen Kaur and Matt Griffith. Built by Kennedy Custom Builders.
2025 - The Michael (Mike) Swimm and Jessica McCann House, aka Swimm-McCann, aka Swm²Mc²n² Courtyard-Treehouse-Fort, aka Forest House, 49 Oakwood Drive, Chapel Hill NC. Designed with João Freitas. Built by Arrowhead.

2026 - The Daniel Duncan and Doni Ferguson House, aka House DaDo, aka FeFiFi, 204 Wild Turkey Trail, Chapel Hill NC. Designed with Jasmeen Kaur and João Freitas. Built by Arrowhead.
2026 - aka Brothers, 10595 Hickory Ridge Road, Harrisburg NC. 52 acres. Includes a barn and two primary structures and a bunch of support buildings. Designed with Matt Griffith. Landscape design, Surface678; engineering, Chuck Lysaght & Associates; built by Stanwick Dunham Builders. Commissioned 2021.
2025 - The Heidi and Joseph Schreiber House, aka Barfield Redux, 2100 Barfield Court, Raleigh NC. Designed with Jeremy Leonard. Re-creation of a Milton Small house previously on that site. Built by John C. Sanders.
