ZACHARY (ZACH) SCOTT HOFFMAN (1989-)
Hoffman was born in SC and moved to Wesley Chapel NC. He graduated in 2007 from Weddington HS and from Appalachian State with a building science degree in 2011. From 2012 to 2015 he was a project designer and intern for Cannon Architects. He earned an MA in architecture from NCSU in 2014. He is an adjunct professor at NCSU's College of Design. He joined Raleigh's in situ studio in 2015 and became a principal in the firm.

2021 - aka Brothers, 10595 Hickory Ridge Road, Harrisburg NC. 52 acres. Includes a barn and three connected primary structures: a main house; an office, gym, garage structure; and a guest house. Designed with Matt Griffith. Landscape design, Surface678; engineering, Chuck Lysaght & Associates; built by Stanwick Dunham Builders. In development as of 2023.
