Harding graduated in 2000 with a BA in Arch from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. While there he also studied abroad at the Politechnika Krakowska in Krakow, Poland and traveled extensively through Western Europe. He worked at Carlton and joined Scott Huebner to form Harding Huebner in 2022.
