The Fine Print
NCMH trips happen rain, snow, or shine. There are no refunds for any reason except in the unlikely event of cancellation. However, you are free to transfer tickets to anyone without penalty (just email or call us). As with all NCMH events, your name will be on the registration list, so tickets are not mailed.
Plan to arrive at the Sheraton at least by 8am. It's going to be an amazing trip and a tight schedule, so if you're not on the bus by 8:30am sharp, we will leave without you!
Unsecured parking is free at the Sheraton Imperial.
The itinerary, number, and order of houses are subject to change without notice or refund.
All participants are required to sign a liability release form which will be e-mailed a few weeks ahead. You will not be allowed to participate without a completed, signed form.
Some houses are not handicap-accessible. Participants must navigate stairs unaided and be able to walk for at least a hour at a time. You may stay on the bus at any point if you wish. Strollers are not permitted inside any houses.
To protect the house floors, all participants must remove shoes (or BYO booties).
Food, drinks, and smoking are
not allowed in the houses (except for dinner Saturday night)
