(1920–1963)

Weber was born in Bishopville SC. He graduated from the University of Vermont and NC State in architecture. Weber, Ralph Reeves, and John Holloway formed what would become one of the state's largest design firms in Raleigh in 1948. They designed many of Raleigh's public buildings, from schools to churches to government facilities. Later, Weber left the firm and went on his own. Weber was known for hospitals, schools, and 75 houses, including Henderson Hospital, Wake Medical Center, Wake Health Center, and much more. Hospitals and healthcare. Churches.

George Matsumoto designed the 1954 Weber House at 606 Transvlvania with Weber as the client and collaborator. The house was sold in 2023 and slated for destruction until it was moved and rebuilt in 2025 at 1514 Delmont Drive.
