Sold in 1996 to Peggy Dunham, as of 1997 Peggy B. Schaffer. There is an architectural model of the house which has no information on the architect. Went into foreclosure in 2011. Sold in 2012 to TCC Vanderbuilt LLC. Sold in 2013. Sold in 2018 to Neal Kanneberg.
