JEREMY RAESON HAUCH, RA (1973-)

Hauch grew up in Atlanta GA where he worked summers as a carpenter alongside his father. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts from Berry College and a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University in 2005. Jeremy began his professional career interning with Szostak Design, and later Vernacular Studio in Raleigh, where he was project designer for the Bridge House. He joined OMR Architects in Boston, contributing to modern residential and educational projects. After resettling in Raleigh, he co-founded Evening Studios, and in 2015 began running Hauch Design Architect.

2021 - The Van Steinburgh Residence, 2228 Sheffield Road, Raleigh NC. Built by RDG. Sold in 2024.

2023 - Duplex, 515 West Lenoir Street, Raleigh NC. Built by Moss Construction and Design. Designed in collaboration with Evening Studios.

2023 - The Georgia and Reggie Tardy ADU, aka Artist Lounge, 1011 South Person Street, Raleigh NC. Built by Armature Design Build. The first approved ADU under the new development ordinance in Raleigh. Photos by Keith Isaacs.
