CHAD DEVIN WILKINS, AIA (1986-)

Wilkins was born in Mount Sidney VA where he discovered architecture while building models for an architectural illustrator. He graduated from Fort Defiance HS in 2004 and from the Virginia Tech in 2009.  He interned with HKS in Washington DC and in 2010 moved to Durham NC to work for  Duda Paine Architects.  He worked as a designer for Riverbank Construction in 2017, then started his own firm in 2022.

2023 - The Thomas Weber and Loretta Que House, 6800 Carol Lane, Hillsborough NC.  Built by Riverbank Construction.

2024 - 926 Washington Street, Durham NC.  Built by Hove Development.  Concept design only, another designer finished it up.

2024 - The Miles and Emma O'Neill Renovation, 753 Old Mill Road.  Built by DesignWorks.  Original house, bottom photo.

2024 - 1407 Carroll Street.  Built by Hove Development/DeltaCharlie.  Sold.

2025 - 3003 Banner Street, Durham NC. Developed by Andrew Hove, Hove Development. Sold.

 

2026 - The William and Julie Fowler House, 1005 Virgie Street, Durham NC.  Built by Riverbank Construction.
