KATA WALTERS (1981-)
Walters was raised on a farm in rural New Zealand and left high school at 17 to pursue modeling. Her career flourished over 20 years, taking her across Europe, Japan, and the US. In 2016, while still modeling in New York Walters bought her first rental property. By 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, she retired from modeling and built a portfolio of rental properties, managing up to 30 units across several states. Walters strategically shifted her focus to house flipping and ground-up construction and development, creating Hinuera Properties, dedicated to Modernist properties in North Carolina.
