NCModernist celebrates 18 years with a special benefit cocktail party in a stunning new 17000sf Modernist house on 110 acres with architect Joe Trojanowski, entertainment by Raleigh's hottest jazz band, Peter Lamb and the Wolves, delicious food and curated drinks!
This unique house sits on a secluded site with an expressive formal
Modernist approach using a combination of stucco, stone and
metal, with expansive areas of glass. The design
incorporates extensive outdoor areas including a waterfall(!)
and koi pond at
the entrance, plus entertaining spaces including a pool and
dining terrace, an elevated rear terrace, and smaller
private exterior spaces.
Architect Joe Trojanowski AIA grew up in Chicago Heights IL and studied architecture at the University of Illinois Champaign. Gaining experience at Bittner Detella, Space Design Group, Wilson Silver, LR Development, and Marvin Herman Associates, he started his own firm in 2006 and moved to Raleigh NC in 2020. This house was designed with Ekaterina Holton and built by St. Clair Construction.
