CHARLES MORRISON GRIER (1922-1995) After graduating from Riverside Military Academy, Grier attended Clemson 1941-1943 until his service in WWII with the 2nd Separate Engineering Battalion of the 3rd Marine Corps Division. He worked for Charles Connelly; Sloan and Wheatley; started his own firm in 1954. He married Marcia and their two daughters were Marcia Grier of Charlotte and Faye Bennett of Inman SC.
