The Fine Print

At registration, you'll take a free shuttle to and from the house.  To provide vehicle and pedestrian safety, no walking is permitted up the long driveway to the house.

Advanced tickets are for timed entry.  Please be at the site about 10 minutes before your entry time to park and register.  You can be late, and wait in line, but if you are early, you will not admitted.  For this tour, because we use a shuttle, Mod Squad discounts are not available.

Tickets are not mailed; your name will be on the list at site registration.

Children who are carried or are in strollers are free.

Once payment is made, there are no refunds for any reason except for cancellation. However, you can transfer your place to another person; just have them ask for the tickets in your name at site registration.
The tour runs rain or shine.

Architects can get self-reported CEU hours if arranged in advance with the AIA.

Unsecured parking is free along the road.  Please be careful and attentive as this is an active street.

This tour does not have close-in or wheelchair access.

To reduce dirt and damage to floors, tour participants are required to remove their shoes (or bring your own booties) at the house.

Food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed in the houses or the grounds.  Photos are allowed and encouraged everywhere.

Proceeds benefit NCMH, a North Carolina 501C3 nonprofit.
